Return & Refund Policy

1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), as set out in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This Return Policy operates in addition to — and does not limit, restrict or modify — your rights under the ACL or any other applicable legislation.

2. Our 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day return period for Novatrixil. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The product is unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging
• The return is initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
• The product has not been used, tampered with or damaged after delivery
• You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under our voluntary policy (your statutory rights under ACL remain unaffected):

• Opened or partially used products
• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Products that have been stored improperly or damaged due to mishandling
• Products purchased via third-party channels (returns must be handled through the respective seller)

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. You may be asked to provide photographs of the damaged product or packaging.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

• Step 2: Provide your name, order reference, reason for return and proof of purchase.
• Step 3: We will provide return shipping instructions. Please do not send products back without prior authorisation.
• Step 4: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or incorrect item), in which case we will cover return postage.

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
